Is a Nest or Ecobee thermostat compatible with my UAE AC system?
Yes — with the right adapter. UAE homes run 220V while smart thermostats need 24V. We install a voltage converter (like the Dropair Mini6) that bridges this gap. Our technician checks compatibility during the free site survey. We’ve successfully installed thermostats on split AC, ducted, VRF, and chiller fan coil systems across all emirates.
Do I need a 24V converter or C-wire for installation?
Almost all UAE installations require a 24V converter since our AC systems run 220V. The converter is included in our installation service at no extra cost. Some ducted systems already have 24V wiring (C-wire) and won’t need one — our technician determines this on-site.

I'm renting. Do I remove the thermostat when I leave?
