Refund and Returns Policy

At eSmartHome.ae, we stand behind the quality of our products and installation work. This policy outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and warranty-related concerns for both products and installation services.

Products

We accept returns for defective products only. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, you may request a return within 5 to 7 working days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for inspection or pickup. Once we confirm the issue is not caused by misuse or customer-side damage, we will process a full refund.

Exchanges are not accepted.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Products that have been installed, physically altered, or damaged after delivery due to misuse are not eligible for return.

Installation Services

If a fault arises from our installation work, we will revisit and resolve it at no additional cost. This covers wiring errors, incorrect mounting, configuration issues, or any defect that results from how we performed the installation.

To report an installation issue, contact us within 30 days of the completed service with details and photos if possible. Our team will schedule a visit to inspect and fix the problem.

This does not cover issues caused by third-party interference, unauthorized modifications to the installed system, power surges, or normal wear and tear.
